  • Absolutely. Private sessions are a great way to learn at your own pace, build confidence, and get personalized support with no pressure or expectations.

  • Just yourself and a yoga mat (if you have one). We’ll provide any additional props we might use. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.

  • Each session includes a warm-up, guided movement, breathwork, and time to check in. We tailor the flow based on your goals and how you're feeling that day.

  • Not at all. These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

  • Yes! We offer semi-private sessions for 2 people and small group options for up to 6. Just let me know what you’re looking for and we’ll tailor the experience.

  • Yes! All private sessions can be held virtually. It's a great option if you're not local or simply prefer to practice from home. You’ll still receive the same personalized attention and guidance.

  • At the end of the day, our greatest joy is sharing this practice. If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to explore options together.

  • Life happens — and we get it.

    We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 or small group session. This helps us prepare mindfully and offer the space to someone else if needed.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee or result in the session being forfeited.

    For special events or custom packages, a separate cancellation policy may apply — we’ll always share those details clearly at the time of booking.
