  • Private and small group sessions are designed for 1–10 participants so each person can enjoy personal guidance and meaningful attention throughout the practice. Groups larger than 10 are welcome. Additional participants are $10 per person.

  • Absolutely! We’ll work with you to create a session that fits your group’s needs — whether that’s energizing, restorative, playful, or grounded in breath and mindfulness.

  • Each participant should bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. If you’re hosting the session at your home or space, make sure there’s enough room for everyone to move freely.

  • Yes! We travel anywhere within the Buffalo, NY area for private group sessions. For locations beyond Buffalo, travel fees may apply and are based on mileage and travel time.

  • Yes! Group sessions are perfect for events like birthdays, bridal gatherings, retreats, or seasonal celebrations. We love bringing yoga into meaningful moments — just let us know what you’re envisioning.

  • Definitely. All levels are welcome, and We’ll offer modifications so everyone in your group feels supported.

  • Life happens — and we get it.

    We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 or small group session. This helps us prepare mindfully and offer the space to someone else if needed.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee or result in the session being forfeited.

    For special events or custom packages, a separate cancellation policy may apply — we’ll always share those details clearly at the time of booking.
